(33 months – Kindergarten)
It’s just about time for your child to be heading off to Kindergarten and you may be worried if they’re ready for such a jump. We’ll ensure that your child will have an environment that prepares them to take the next big leap in their development.
The preschool room is a lively and welcoming area for children developing cognitive, physical, language and literacy skills. The staff are required to keep a child to teacher ratio of 10:1. For the most effective connections, we try to give each child as much one-on-one time as possible. Preschoolers engage in meaningful play and learning activities that help prepare them for kindergarten. We introduce skills such as math with addition and subtraction, hands-on science experiments, cooperative group activities, and dining etiquette.
We allow children to explore all areas of development with music and dance, dramatic play, books, culturally diverse activities, and so much more! We encourage preschooler’s growing independence by working on basic life skills and meaningful experiences.
